This CB radio business is a complete scam, they are violating federal laws selling non-certified "export only" radios. They supply no sales receipts, so any product warranty is useless. They will not return emails or calls and try to extort more money from customers for the return of repaired products.
The owner, [redacted]. [redacted] has a long criminal record, including a sexual offender offense.
