The billing department is a complete jokeThey took one bill and made it into two bills, both for $and the same account numberAfter I sorted through the confusion, I paid one of the bills online and the other via checkThe online payment was immediateThe check cleared my bank and they are telling me that isn't good enoughThey sent me to a collection agency AFTER my check clearedUnbelievable!
I have had trouble with this company several timesI have had the same thing happen or times.I get a final notice or we are sending it to collections without ever receiving any bills from them called them about this and all they ask is when are you going to pay the bill
