The checks were mailed on same day and cashed- one of them was credited to [redacted] - whom lived here for a short timeI sent the checks with the invoices but somehow messed up and only wrote my husbands name on one of them in memo lineWhen I called them they didn't find any account with my husbands name on it- so I asked why then would they not send them back instead of putting them on another person who had this address for a short time-- attached are the checks I got the copies off my bank web site- oh and I would have never known about the fact they were not put on our account if they had not sent me a check for over pay on [redacted] acct.- I just want my money back

After reviewing the complaint, we have determined that our third party billing company, [redacted] , inaccurately processed this medical claim and the patient is due a refund. We are issuing a refund check to immediately be mailed to the patient today, July 27, 2016. We are deeply regretful that this patient’s claim was mishandled and caused delays in processing the patient’s refund. We believe in the timely filing of claims and the timely returns of refunds due to our patients. We will be working with [redacted] to determine if any other patients may be affected at this time. Please feel free to call me at any time. A copy of this has also been mailed to the BBB.

I wanted to add more information onto this complaint. It turns out that the address that they sent the two bills to was:

My address since has been:

This was also on my credit report as these being my addresses from the
following dates:

From 07/to 08/11/
Yet it also says that my actual address for:
** *** *** *** ** ***
Was from 08/to 10/07/
How could I have two addresses from two different states at the same time? I also have proof that I have lived in Alaska with the ** *** *** *** ** *** with the State of Alaska, as I have received a permanent fund (only given to residents) since AND my driver's license also lists my address as ** *** *** *** ** *** And I have actually worked for the State of Alaska since
I also have written confirmation from my insurance company that the Pacific NW Radiology LLC PC had never sent them a bill for those dates, as they did for other bills from Pacific NW Radiology. I'm currently looking at reporting this to the Federal Credit Bureau as well
