Radiology Associates of Columbus uses and outside billing service and they are awful. Like the other complaints my bill was sent to collections and I NEVER recieved any bills or notice. I did however recieve and email, when trying to pay on the email it sends you to a site to sign up and pay, I am not doing that. That is all the email says. Called this billing company and they said they had sent out a bill (never received), ok will send again. Never recieved. Got a phone call and returned the call, once again sent bill claiming twice. Was very rude with the whole, address is correct and you could refer to your EOB etc etc. Like I am lying about recieving the bill. Then why would I call. I still don't know what the bill is for.Then I recieve notice from collections. Called collections and paid the bill. I still don't know what it is for. I was furious and called the company the next day. Again, the same old song and dance was mailed and email and phone call. NO kidding that is why I kept calling them. Said they will send out a reciept for payment. Again, never recieved. Just got done with on-line help. NO HELP. Said they same old thing.Don't you think if I wanted to ignore the bill I wouldn't have called back when I did recieve the phone call and email? If I got the reciept the first time, why would I call again???We are forced to deal with this company because it is what our doctors office uses but I am done with them and if this keeps happening I will file a complaint every time.I don't have time to check our EOB's and call this company endlessly just to avoid having our credit ruined. It is not fair. Just because they can't do their job.My Husbands bill came just fine to the same address. So there is something wrong with your system or your policies.After five times I do not want to hear how there is not problem.
