Radiology Imaging Associates PC

Review: I visited the [redacted] Emergency Room in [redacted] while visiting family over the holidays. I was in a minor car accident, but being 15 weeks pregnant at the time, I was urged to get a check up immediately. I got an ultrasound done during this visit. Since [redacted] is a no-fault state, my car insurance was to take care of the bill instead of my regular health insurance (which was fine with me either way). The [redacted] has billed my insurance and got their payment in a timely manner. However, the Radiology Associates of [redacted] has not. They claimed that they sent me bills directly, which I have not received any. However, I have been receiving courtesy copies of correspondences that my insurance company has sent out to them. My insurance sent out 3 letters requesting claim information so they can process this payment. The Radiology Associates of [redacted] can see these attempts for contact in their system but have not responded to their letters requesting information and gave me to a collection agency. I called the insurance company, the hospital, the collection agency and the Radiology Associates of [redacted] immediately upon receiving the letter from the collection agency. Every organization/ company has been cooperating except the Radiology Associates of [redacted]. They would not be reversing the collection action, they are waiting for others to contact them to handle this issue, and the worse part yet, they had no answer as to why they never provided the information the insurance company has requested to process this payment. Furthermore, I have never spoke with someone this condescending and rude over the phone to handle a problem. I called the [redacted] back and inform them of my experience and filed a former complaint. I certainly hope that they will no longer do business with this Radiology office. I clearly told them I will not be back to their facility if that it is the case.Desired Settlement: I want the collection action to be reversed immediately!

Review: I received to bills from this corporation. One for services on 6/21/13 from [redacted] MD for reading my MRISecond for sevices on 6/22 from [redacted] MD for reading my MRI.I indeed did have MRI both days at [redacted] Hospital. I did not approve or was aware that both [redacted] and [redacted] was involved. I did not approve. I would not have approved if I was told as both these doctors are out of my network.I have asked to see my approval from both and received no response.Desired Settlement: I would like these bills to stop and a letter that I owe neither one of these people money. If I do I would like to see my approval that I hired them to read my MRI.
