The Project Manager for Chateau worked around my project schedule meeting all targeted dates helping me as a General Contractor maintain my overall project schedule I found the install crews for both the roofing and soffit / fascia departments professional and pleasant to have onsite The workmanship was excellent and the crews cleaned up after themselves I would highly recommend this company to either home owners or contractors

It was an extremely pleasant experience dealing with Chateau Roofing & Siding Ltd. The entire staff from the receptionist, salesman, installers and inspector were very knowledgeable and professional. The roofers are first-rate, with excellent workmanship and installation experience. At the end of each day, the installers swept the roof, cleaned the eaves trough, removed all debris from the worksite and magnet swept the ground for any shingle nails. Chateau Roofing & Siding Ltd.'s quotation for this project was very competitive and honest. There were no additional "unforeseen" charges at the completion of the project. I am also very pleased with the 5 year workmanship warranty and the 50 year materials warranty.
