I have waited over the 14 wks they stated to refund me & now they are stating it is another 14 wks. I left msg for a mgr or sup to call me & never got
As stated above, I have called the business numerous times to get status of my refund. I was initially told when I called them to see if I owed them anything, that I had a credit. They told me they do not sit on credits & they get processed for refund. I waited & waited. I call again. It will take 14 wks to process. Ok so I calendar 14 wks. I call back because no refund. They will email to whomever processes this. Give it 10 working days. I call back still nothing. Oh it's going to be another 14 wks from when we emailed them on ***. This is where 1 1st asked to soak to mgr or sup. Not available & left voice msg. I called this last Monday because no call nor refund. Left another msg for a mgr or sup. Today is Wed, *** & no call nor refund.

Ms.,
I received your letter today stating that we have a negative review for a lack of response to *** case. I did in fact respond in several ways. I promptly refunded the $ *** refund and spoke with Ms.. She had in fact never spoken to any of my staff and she acknowledged as much. I also spoke to you on the phone.
I feel this smatter has been fully resolved and it is an abuse of power for you to place anything negative about this case in any forum.
I eagerly await your response.
