Triple billing for Radiology reading.
On 3-30-18 I had a Digital Mammogram the diagnosis was for screening/diagnostic.
The report was one line.
I am being billed for :
1- Diagnostic Mammo $213
2- Digital Breast Mammo $239
3- Screening Mammo $161
Insurance has been billed then I received the bill. They are billing more than the procedure was.
This is unethical and medical Fraud.
as a Healthcare professional I am appalled.
I would like the bill adjusted to reflect the reading of the Digital Mammogram and 1 line report. I would like notification from the company that it was adjusted.
We have identified the error and corrected the medical record. We are working on the appropriate accounting of the patients charges, payments, and current balance. Once completed we will update Revdex.com and the patient. Thank you.

I received a call from someone in Macon , Ga saying that they did over charge duplicate codes. She would give me her name and hung up.
I just received another bill asking for more money on past tests that were already billed and paid.
*** called with me on Friday 7/20/18. The clerk *** said there was credits and a bill for $7 but today received a large bill with more duplicate charges from a soft tissue neck from 3-30-18.
I am trying to find out if there is a medical fraud hotline in Fl other than Medicare.
As a medical professional this is outrageous.
On 7/25/18 our billing representative reached out to the patient and informed her of what corrections have been made and clarified what balance was due. We have sent an updated statement of what is still owed per patient's insurance policy, deductible, and coinsurance. As of today balance is still outstanding but we expect patient to pay in the near future. Thank you.
