Radisson Hotel Largo-Washington DC

Review: After a recent stay with the stated business, the hotel failed to follow through on agreements stated. We signed for and authorization for 25.00 for our room as we were explained by the staff. Hotel since then has changed amount to 40.00. The following day, amount was changed to 56.45. the following day the amount has changed to 15.00. After contacting hotel and speaking with [redacted] on tuesday april 29 at approx 9am, she stated she could not explain why the amount had changed but could not release the funds. Our stay was horrible. The lack of management involvement is appalling. We had several problems with our room and stay. There was a large biker clan there engulfing the entire parking lot with no restriction from hotel staff. Mgmt says they were a charity event; but how does that explain the loud music and the public drinking until 2am. The lifeguard in the pool was totally unengaged. He stood in the room and did nothing to oversee the population of childish behavior running through the halls and pool. The horseplay and overpowering presence of 1 family ruined the entire area for anyone else wanting to participate. The equipment that did not work was mind blowing. From a simple soda machine dispensing hot sodas, to sleep number beds that would not hold a position; the hotel did nothing to improve the comfront level for its guests. As we had made our reservation, arrived to check in and boarded the shuttle to DC, they proceeded to call us while vacationing to tell us that our vouchers would not be accepted. The mgmt of this hotel is rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help anyone. [redacted] simply wanted things her way. The Hotel Manager is not available and did not know about any of this. When arriving back, the agent apologized and told us that this was a simple fix and was not sure why it had to be so difficult. As [redacted] for the hotel said " be quiet and listen". This is not how my mgmt treats my customers in my store.Desired Settlement: Request that [redacted] be displicined according to company policy and a copy of this and other comments be directed to the Hotel owner. Also request that the hotel issue a complentary night stay for BOTH rooms ( 2) affected my this stay to any [redacted] property of our choosing including but not limited to Country INN and suites, radisson, and others with all fees paid including any authorizations for rooms.
