When entering the establishment I was ignored while the gentleman at the service desk held a entire conversation with a person who had already long checked in and had walked awayThen he gave me attitude when I came down to ask for another room because the toilet seat was broken then he gave me another room with the toilet seat brokenI couldn’t go back and forth because I had my son with meThen he told me they didn’t have water in the whole establishment when I went down to ask for waterThen woman upon my departure told me my security deposit would be refunded and it’s been almost a week and I haven’t received my refundI’ve been calling for days straight and no one has yet to answer the phoneThis place just disgusts meThe people that work there are the worse
