I have filed two complaints with the Revdex.com, consumer complaint #*** was handled this morning and even though it pertained to Radix Eye Cream company, it was AnaVie Skin Serum company that responded! Yet it is consumer complaint #*** that pertains to AnaVie Skin Serum company (which goes by
the name *** *** *** ***I now believe both charges to the credit card are actually by the same Radix Eye Cream/Anavie Skin Serum company Attached is the order invoice showing a total amount for $paid by credit card, two order confirmations, the first from Radix Eye Cream and the second from anaView Skin Serum, the last page is the credit card statement showing two unauthorized charges being made weeks later (on 3/09) *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** CA for $It was necessary to provide both order confirmations as they indicate what descriptor would appear from each companies charge on the credit card.Since *** *** CA for $is the charge I still need to have removed from the credit card, and this charge was made by the Radix Eye Cream company listed in the other Revdex.com complaint #***, it might serve to forward complaint #*** to the same contact.It needs to be noted here that this company/companies is being dishonest by claiming that these sample products they are offering are merely trials with a day window to cancel before being charged the full priceThere are TWO website interfaces, the default homepage which clearly shows the Terms and Conditions and requires ticking a check box before being able to proceed to make the purchase, and a second website interface which people are being sent to when clicking on AD banners from Facebook and other sitesThis link takes a person to an order form that does NOT contain any requirements to tick a checkbox to acknowledge any hidden charges, subscription fees, etcThey do place at the bottom of the website page a notice that you have days to cancel before being signed up for a monthly subscription, but it requires scrolling down the page, when there is no reason to scroll down since the credit card form and purchase submission buttons are clearly visible on the pageNor does it have any checkbox to acknowledge seeing itThis practice is deceptive, especially given the fact that it is a different website interface than what they claim when one calls to complain about the charges (as well as their response to the Revdex.com complaints in the previous #*** and similar complaints made on your Revdex.com website)https://radixskincare.com*** has the T&C checkboxhttps://tryradixskincare.com/v1*** does NOT (and the notice of being enrolled in the membership program for $is conveniently just out of view unless scrolling down-- on my Firefox screen at least)Nor does the wording even indicate that the charge would be applied to the previously shipped product, but rather for a future monthly subscription!
