Dear Ms***,June 20, 2016I have reviewed the complaint from our customer, [redacted] and spoke to our team members and found the followingRadley Cadillac is not really sure how the price error on RadleyCadillac.com site occurredThe [redacted] documents show that the vehicle was priced through the V-Auto system that feeds prices to [redacted] , [redacted] , [redacted] , and the Radley Cadillac site so we have the same price and clarity on all advertising sourcesAll sites have the [redacted] price at $24,The RadleyCadillac.com site controlled by CDK marketing appears to have linked the rebate/dealer discount/factory incentive of $from when the vehicle was offered for sale new at Radley CadillacAn error as stated in an email from Amanda at CDK states that she has never seen this occur before.The phone conversation agreed price was from internet site pricingIt appears neither party (Ben H [redacted] - Radley Cadillac nor [redacted] - Purchaser) clarified which internet site they were using when gathering informationI have researched the entire pre-owned Radley Cadillac inventory to ensure all advertising sources have the same pricingAlso, I have reached out to the customer [redacted] and apologized for the mistake in pricing and offered her compensation for her time spent traveling to the credit union and Radley Cadillac

I have met with our team members and reviewed our documents regarding the complaint filed by our Radley Cadillac customer [redacted] and found the following.Radley Cadillac did sell Mr [redacted] a [redacted] on June and the vehicle was shipped to his Texas addressWe have had several delays in processing with the Texas DMV due to state documents and V\N inspection requirementsAU required documents have been handled and REG USA is currently processing Texas OMV with a goal of finalizing by November 41.our team has been in communication with Mr [redacted] giving him updates of DMV statusThe Cadillac Escalade was repaired at Ron Corter Cadillac, Friendswood, TX - telephone [redacted] to Mr [redacted] satisfactionWe have made three proposals to Mr [redacted] to trade in the pre-owned Cadillac for a new [redacted] The area of separation is the $Texas DMV fees and the shipping expense of the vehicle.As of Sunday, October 29th Radley Cadillac and Mr [redacted] were still in discussion of attempting to resolve the above matter

Review: June 10, 2016 I called to inquire about a used [redacted]. The internet price was 24,492 with a special offer -5,843 bringing the sales price down to 18,649. I called and ask for the use car sales manager and I told him and he told me to come on in because he would be there tell closing. His name was Ben H[redacted]. I went on to my bank at navy federal and got approved and had the check as I arrived. Once I got to Radley I was told that they didn't have that car at that price. I had the manager look at the internet but he wouldn't honor it. The manager told me that he puts the prices up online himself. I told him that he either put the special up to lure people in and then play the game like it's not there. Mr. Hide use to work for me and was terminated some years back and just wouldn't sell me the car. [redacted] has changed the price to 24,492. I have pictures of the prices. If he is doing these types of things it's false advertisement.Desired Settlement: I would desired to get what the Internet price was quoted as and report advertisements correctly. Manager more professional.
