Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below We were not complaining about the fact that we had a high radon level nor that we were having to correct it We wanted it corrected We were complaining about the way our complaint was handled with regards to the installationWhen we expressed our discontent with the way it was installed, he did not want to correct it at either time he came to our home We paid him for his service at the time it was completed as we should have However, when he knew we were unhappy with the installation, he should have offered to fix it right then Instead he asked that we not mention it to the new homeowners We feel that is no way to conduct your business and wanted other prospective customers to know of our experience We no longer need him to correct itWe had it corrected immediately Regards, [redacted]
