Radon West just finished installing a sub slab depressurization system in our house in November of 2016. Quite simply, they were brilliant. Ridiculously helpful and informative when they supplied a quote and even more so when they installed the system. They involved me in every step of the install, from the diagnostic testing, sizing the fan, and getting it up and running. They even spent time in my neighbors house. Can't say enough good things, highly recommended!!!!

The staff at Radon West were very courteous and took all the time necessary to answer all of my questions including those I didn't know I had while talking over the phone. They also went to great extents to ensure that shipping issues were set right and ensured that I received the kits I requested even if the issue wasn't their fault to begin with. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service provided and I recommend them to anyone looking for home kit radon testing services.

Without hesitation I would recommend Radon West (RW) for radon mitigation. RW were always clear in their communication as to what would be done, how it would be done and when. Everyone I was involved with was both professional and personable. RW confirmed a date and time for the work that was mutually convenient, quoted a price that was what we paid at the end of the work.

Very pleased with the work that was done, how it was done and the timeliness of it all. There is no part of the experience that was less than excellent.

Despite this complexity, Colin and Renata welcomed the challenge and weren't satisfied until the radon levels were low. This involved a lot of creativity and persistence given my setup. In addition to this, I was able to learn a lot about my house as they walked me through the work and explained the aspects they encountered.

I really can't say enough good things about this company and these people. I'm a very detailed and picky person and they still blew away my expectations. I would very highly recommend Colin, Renata and the Radon West team.
