I was truly impressed with David [redacted] going the extra miles (literally) to assist me in the replacement of a defective [redacted] on our wastewater system. He and I were discussing options yesterday for this replacement. He took the initiative to provide a competitive quote utilizing his associates and today came to our facility from his home in [redacted] picked up the defective device, took it to your repair facility in NJ, had the program from our device loaded into the replacement [redacted] and returned it to me in 4 hours! Our system accepted the replacement without issue and all operational features were back in service.
I am so grateful for David and all the Radwell associates who expedited this service.

We have been in constant communication with [redacted] and are also working with our own QA management to personally try to build a resolve for our customer...

where the factory has fallen short. We are awaiting photos from our customer so that we can study the remaining components and help to come up with a resolve for him.

The customer services rep are alway professional and take care of my needs promptly. The parts required are delivered on time and fast.

I always check Radwell first when I need something. Especially something that is obsolete. Chances are they will have it.
The items are always in working order and pricing is good.
I have bought from Radwell several times and never had a bad experience.

Review: We needed 6 power cables 15meters long, manufacturer # [redacted]. I found them on Radwells online market place. The picture of the cables online did not match the part number it was associated with. I needed these cables badly, so I emailed for more information on 4-18-2015 at 9:30am. On 4-20-2015 [redacted] replied back stating that "the unit we have in stock is 15 meters long." He attached photo's of the power cables that I needed that were correct, the part number shown in the picture was also correct. The email from [redacted] also had attached a quote with the correct part numbers on it. I responded and asked for the order to be placed, because time was of the essence. I provided my billing info and awaited my product. The product arrived yesterday, 4-23-2015. The product was not as described. The product was not the items shown on the invoice. The product was manufacturer #[redacted], a 1 meter cable. I called and told them that it wasn't right what they did to me and asked for the correct part. They told me they could return the items that I was sent and they could order me the correct cables which I would see in ten weeks - for a cost higher than I can purchase locally. I asked for a refund asap - they told me I would have to wait until they received the incorrectly shipped product back in their warehouse and checked it over for resale ability. I told them that I was not fond of them baiting and switching me on random products and I did not appreciate my customers money being tied up for two weeks in their bank account while I wait to receive the refund. I also told them that I did not have two weeks to sit on $1120 until they decided to credit me back - if they even would? They did not care. I do not think that I should shoulder the responsibility on this. I sent them my money in good faith that they would send me a product. Now, they do not trust me enough to return my money until they have their random product back?Desired Settlement: An immediate refund of the entire purchase price + $380 =the cost to repurchase the cables, time to ship the wrong cables back, lost time on customers project because of the additional three day delay.

Radwell PLCcenter has helped our company Many Many times when in need of Hard to find Items, Etc.The items are always as described and in excellent working order, with a 2 year Warranty.
They have saved us from doing many Machine Change Orders and from other headaches involved in switching over to NEW models, They always have what we need and can get it quickly. They can supply and replace many obsolete parts, Some of ours were 25+ years old up to new equip.

Review: I bought some [redacted] from P[redacted], ordered it with two day shipping and phoned 5 days later only to hear that it would be 3-5 weeks for the belts even to begin shipping. I tried to cancel the order because I need then ASAP( they are for my wheelchair without them I cant go out.) I got a email back after trying to cancel the order on the phone saying, I spoke with my manager about your request to cancel this order. The factory advised that this part has a strict 4 week lead time. They should not offer 2 day shipping if its a 4 week lead time.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund because I cant wait that long for them to arrive.

Review: In August 2013, I ordered a condenser fan motor from Radwell International which I received. The motor worked fine until April 10, 2015 at which time it failed. On April 13, I contacted Radwell to see if the motor was under warranty. Radwell never called me back, so when I called them to see if it was under warranty, they said it WAS under warranty. On April 28, 2015, I was told to ship the motor to them because it was under warranty. Since it was under warranty, Radwell said the motor would either be replaced or repaired. So at a cost of $38, I shipped it to them. After not hearing anything for a month, I finally contacted Radwell on May 22, 2015, to find out about the motor. It was at this time they told me that the motor was not under warranty. I informed them that I would like to get the motor back. The motor had the wiring harness attached when I sent it in. ( I have a photo of what was sent in.) When Radwell called me back, they informed me that they had scrapped my motor. When I told them I wanted my motor AND wiring harness back, communication basically ceased from their side. They wanted to sell me a new motor for $394. Nearly two months from the start of this endeavor, they refunded the cost of the motor ($394) but did not return the wiring harness or compensate me for the wiring harness that they kept. The wiring harness connects the condenser motor fan to the computer in the air conditioning unit, so it is essential for the operation of the air conditioning unit.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the wiring harness returned to me or monetary compensation to replace the wiring harness.
