I am a tenant here at Raeford Crossing apartments in Fayetteville, NC
I am having the absolute worst experience ever with this companyI signed a year long lease that they seem to not fully enforceThe staff show preferential treatment to residents that they are in favor of and they refuse to handle noise complaints seriouslyDespite having a section titled "Prohibited Conduct" in the rental agreement, it seems to only apply to people they don't particularly like or feel indifference towardsIn my case, the tenants above me are on their list of people they like therefore they will not enforce their policy on themI was told that they will not do a noise violation no matter how disruptive the people above areThey call it a "lifestyle" that I will need to wear ear plugs if I do not agree with itMy car was vandalized by having stickers placed on it where the adhesive glues stuck to the paint after being in the sun
My experience here is one I hope to never have to experience againI don't normally write reviews, but I feel that I have to inform others who are potentially considering making Raeford Crossing their homeI, along with my roommate, have made multiple attempts in getting the Raeford Crossing staff to enforce their rules, but they will do nothing at allBuyer Beware
