Worst management. Have changed 3 times within the 3 months we've been here. Rules and regulations keep changing just like the management but the problem is the contract is so broad and nothing specific to what we are responsible for and it gives them the right to change it constantly without notice. We have things set up how they want it for monthly payments but it is crap. The rent amount is different every month and never the correct amount. Yet they say it is our fault. We had 2 dogs when we moved in and Friday we got a phone call from the office saying they were tired of hearing one of our dogs barking and we had to get rid of her by Monday. Closet doors are on sliders and keep falling off and have been told to take them off & store the doors in the garage. My husband is not allowed to take his truck cap off unless we put it off the property grounds. Only 1 person in office is trustworthy the rest treat you like crap and everything's never their fault.Desired SettlementFix the problems with the houses and get people who can do the jobs correctly. Stop blaming the tenets and do the jobs right.Business Response !. Management has not changed since resident has moved in. 2. Per the rules and regulations signed by tenant on 7/9/2015 Respect for the Safety, Peace and Quiet of the Community 1.Every resident is entitled to a quiet place to live. Residents should refrain from making or allowing disturbing noises that interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other residents. Examples include loud music, yelling, excessive pet noise and the prolonged use of loud appliances or tools.Unfortunately the tenants dog had been disturbing the peace per several resident complaints. She was never asked to have the dog removed from her home she was only notified of such complaints. 3. Proper Care of Yard and Outdoor Areas 6.Do not clutter outdoor areas or store large items outdoors to include: trampolines, pools, tents and swing sets. Please contact the office before adding any large items to the outside of your home. Please keep trash picked up around your home. Do not litter in your own yards or the common areas. Littering in the common areas will result in a fine assessed to Tenant. All trash must be placed at the curb in a trash bag and inside a trash receptacle for pick-up.This included tenants camper shell that was left outside by the garage. She was asked to put it in her garage or back on the truck and the maintenance manager helper her husband do so to make it easier on him due to the weight of the camper shell. 5. Rent amount has always been the same per the lease signed on 7/9/2015. 6.For the sliding doors we will be happy to sit down with the resident in further detail to resolve this issue.
