Prescription refills
So I have medication for a chronic illness. I called in my prescription on March 8,2019. I went into the pharmacy on March 16, 2019. They did not have my prescription filled. The only explanation they had was that I had to call my nurse. I proceeded to ask them how long did they know that my prescription wasn't going to be filled. They told me they received the fax back on March 8,2019. I asked why wasn't a courtesy phone call given? He proceeded to say that's why we recommend you call in your prescription 10 days in advance. I am out of my medication that I really need for my chronic illness. If I do not take my medication I can run put myself and my life at risk. Completely unacceptable. Especially coming from a company that has been in business for 61 years. I have been going to this pharmacy for 3 years now. Will never step foot in that place again. Really bad customer service. Other pharmacy's will call nurses for there customer let alone a courtesy phone call.
I want a formal apology from the company. I also want them to fully understand that it's bad customer service for them not to reach out to people in these type of situations. More training.

We are very sorry about what has happened. Unfortunately the note did get misplaced and we apologize for that. We did talk on the phone and I did apologize, again we are very sorry that this happened."
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I did not receive a phone call. I'd like for the company to provide details of this phone where they apologized to me. I have no records on my phone logs showing I spoke with any associate from Raff & Hall. I have switched pharmacies and will never step foot or recommend anyone to conduct business with the pharmacist or the company.
