Complaint # [redacted] filed on 1/4/by [redacted] On 12/13/ [redacted] went to our online store and purchased massages totaling $and yoga classes totaling $Our return policy is listed on our website which is where [redacted] made her purchase.On January 1, I received an email from [redacted] saying she was double charged for massages and yoga classes(she actually was not double charged, she made the purchases) and wanted a refund to her credit cardI explained that our policy was no reunds for purchases to credit cards but we do give store credit and she responded with that not being acceptable.We emailed a few more times with her saying she spoke with staff members cancelling the appointment (the appointments were cancelled) and her friend took another one of the appointmentsI explained that the one unused massage and unused yoga classes that she purchased were on her account to use at a future dateShe then emailed that without a settlement reached this was "in the hands of [redacted] dispute department in the Revdex.com." I emailed her that since it was being disputed that there was nothing more I can do for herShe emailed "I'm really just seeking $credit in my card""In the future I now understand your policy thank you"I responded again that since it was disputed with [redacted] that I could not issue her a creditHer last emailed she stated "I only wish I had been told of the policies..." unfortunately even if she was told about our policies she had already made the purchases weeks beforeI have included the email chain of our discussions and would be happy to talk on the phone if you would prefer [redacted] I would also like to add that on ***'s report she states "I was told on separate phone calls that I would not be charged..." Our return policy is listed on our website which is where [redacted] made her purchase.On January 1, 2018 I received an email...

from [redacted] saying she was double charged for 2 massages and 2 yoga classes(she actually was not double charged, she made the purchases) and wanted a refund to her credit card. I explained that our policy was no reunds for purchases to credit cards but we do give store credit and she responded with that not being acceptable.We emailed a few more times with her saying she spoke with staff members cancelling the appointment (the appointments were cancelled) and her friend took another one of the appointments.
