I signed a contracted with this company on September 22,2018. My family and I moved into the unit on September 28,2018.
We signed the contract on September 22,2018 and then moved in on September 28,2018, we were told by property manager Tammy that the unit was clean and carpet had been cleaned and was ready to be move be moved in . we drove over 5-6 hours away and my friend had picked up keys for me only for us to discover the unit dirty , no walls painted , carpet dirty, the carpet was not put down in my son closet bed room, mold from wall water leak damage. the unit and building is infeasted with roaches . This complex had a sign up advertising units availible but they were not she said she had a upstairs and down stairs , the upstairs was in worse shape. Our family has been sick from the conditions , we sent a notice of terminating the lease and they would not comply with the apartments , when are still packing up and going to move in a hotel until we get approved some where else. We have also obtained a attorney as well. The owner tried to say we would have to pay to repair his property , we said No it was already like this . Then the came in the apartment twice , there has been medication stolen and something has been given to our dog which is a service animal that I have documents for.
