Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint This response saddens meHunter is not addressing and/or not giving the truthHere are facts:yes, he was contracted by Ron the builderYes, Hunter knew that the seeds wouldn't survive the winter and wet conditionsI do think Hunter had the responsibility to report this to us since we were dealing with Hunter on a personal level and we hired him to do other jobsHunter told us that when he tried to do the grading, the bob cat drug a line through the middle of our yard to the back yard, kept sinking into the ground creating more rutsHe told us he would come back in the spring and fix thisHe ended up telling us and Ron that he was doneSo fact is, grading was NEVER done We were able to cut most of the rest of the yard but not the area where Hunter drove the Bob cat through Hunter had the two men, Sanchez and Roberto use a shovel to try and hit the mounds in the back yard 'down' to flatten but of course to no availRocks left behind were from Hunter and his two menend of question on who should have cleaned that up Regards, [redacted]

Ron K./*** *** initially hired Kremer LandscapingRon Kforgot to detail this in the allowance part of the contract, so he was advisded by the bank to pay the 2k out of our last draw. The bank provided us a checkWe also hired MrKremer to: build two walls, to put rocks under
decks, power wash our drive/sidewalk and finally, put rocks behind our camper pad to further prevent land erosion. The rocks left in the yard are not a part of the 2k price but had he completed the 2k deal, our land would be 'graded' to remove most of the rocks left behind. While we don't have a lot of grass, I have been strategically mowing areas to avoid a couple of areas.I hope this helps

6/9=MrKramer called; The grading of the customer's yard was done as a subcontractor to the builder, Ron KinrossIt was done once and messed up by other trucks coming in afterwardsTo do it over would be repairing damage caused by others and he would lose moneyThe seeding was done as a subcontractor to the builder, at the builders' insistence during the winter in order to gain the necessary occupancy formsThe cold weather meant only half the seed survivedMr Kramer told the builder he would only do the seed/straw once at the price he was paid, and that was ok with the builderAny refunds need to be discussed with the builder, not him, as he's the subcontractor for these jobs

This response saddens me. Hunter is not addressing and/or not giving the truth. Here are facts:1. yes, he was contracted by Ron the builder. Yes, Hunter knew that the seeds wouldn't survive the winter and wet conditions. I do think Hunter had the responsibility to report this to us since we were dealing with Hunter on a personal level and we hired him to do other jobs.2. Hunter told us that when he tried to do the grading, the bob cat drug a line through the middle of our yard to the back yard, kept sinking into the ground creating more ruts. He told us he would come back in the spring and fix this. He ended up telling us and Ron that he was done. So fact is, grading was NEVER done.  We were able to cut most of the rest of the yard but not the area where Hunter drove the Bob cat through.  Hunter had the two men, Sanchez and Roberto use a shovel to try and hit the mounds in the back yard 'down' to flatten but of course to no avail.3. Rocks left behind were from Hunter and his two men. end of question on who should have cleaned that up.
