Good afternoonI'm respond to a complaint I tried to contact the customer many times I even sent a employee to rectify the issue but there shower door company said they would not put door in unless the thresh hold of the shower had a slant which is wrong because the door would not sit properly all we
did was completed properly the only thing I can do is call the company that made the copper pan on the floor which all we needed to do is insert it but after my employee left there house everything was good I did not hear about any other issues until at least 2-weeks after my employee left the last time I have no problem fixing the issue but I need to call pan manufacturers I even held back some of the payment to see if all was good please feel to contact me with any questionsThank you
