I purchased an item on July [redacted], and the order number is #: [redacted]. However, I couldn't track the order with the given tracking number. Then I called their customer service on July [redacted]. The representative told me that there was something wrong with the shipping, and their manager would call me later about this. But I never received the call from his manager. Then I had to call their customer service again on July [redacted]. They told me that they would offer me a refund, which I can get within 2-3 business days. However, it has been six days, but I didn't get it. It means that I have to call them again. Spending so much time on this making me really mad.

Review: I bought a coat from rag bone at Black Friday which has 25% off.

One week later, I didn't get coat. I checked the order and I found my order information disappeared. On that time the 25% off Was finished. So I call to them and they said I can buy another time, after that they will help me to do price match for that 25% off. After I bought second time, they don't want to do that price match because of I can not offer the first order number. But they said they will find super adviser to give my call back next 12-24 business hours. I wait for 2 days. Nobody give me call. So I call back want to do the price match or cancel this order. Bot they said they can not do price match and cancel order because this coat is shipped. That coat is pre-order item. And also they do not allow me to refund . They only allow exchange or return store credit. I really disappointed for this business. I call them 7 times. They always said they will give me call back. But 3 days left, nobody give me any call.

I want to do the price match or they give me money back when I return.

Review: I bought a pair of jeans from this retailer for $200. I owned them for 6 months. They ripped up the butt. I took them back to the store and told them that for such an expensive pair of jeans I don't think they should have ripped. They asked me how often I wash them. I said probably every 6-8 wears (which is not a lot in my opinion) and they responded saying the reason they ripped is because you are only supposed to wash them once a year. How disgusting?! I complained to the company via e-mail and they asked me to send the jeans in for repair and I followed their instructions to do so. When I got them back, it looked like a second grader had put a patch over the rip. It was AWFUL. The next product I purchased from Rag and Bone were their Harrow Booties for $525. I wore them twice and the rubber heel protector came off of the left boot. I took them back and expressed my frustration, that I didn't think this should happen to a good quality pair of shoes. The response I received was "these are made to come off." Sorry - but I'm not going to go in for a shoe repair every 2 times I wear this pair of shoes. They are made to protect the shoe, not to come off.

I believe this company sells poor quality retail at exorbitant prices. I believe they have horrible customer service and that their expensive products are not at all made to last. I vow to never buy another thing from them directly, or any of their products from a department store that sells their brand.Desired Settlement: I have already been refunded the $525 for the shoes. I was not refunded my shipping. I would like $41.00 back for my shipping for the shoes. I'd also like a full refund for the jeans I bought last year that ripped. These were $200. I'm looking for $240 in compensation.

Review: I made a purchase on company website. When I was checking out, website indicated free shipping and returns.

Jeans I received a few days later did not fit me well, so I called customer service and try to make an arraignments for a return. I was told that "It's not possible to return, because it was a final sale". Well I said to them , first of all, your website offered a free shipping and returns. After that customer service representative told me, that he will forward this request to his supervisor and they will call me back within 48 hours, After 48 hours I called them back and I was told, that they see my case and somebody will call me back. It has been several days and I didn't hear back yet.Desired Settlement: I would like to return jeans and get my money back.
