We hired this company to do our grass for the summer. The guy came out gave us an estimate. Early April. We told him we would get back with him. In a few weeks we had them come out and mow. The agreement was to mow once a week trim every other week an edge once a month. He came out and mowed one time. The following week he never showed up. So we called and left a message. Part of the agreement was he was to have it done by Saturday. That way before church on Sunday everything was done. We called him on Friday to inform him of something and then when he never showed on Saturday we called him asked him if everything was okay could he give us a courtesy call back and we heard nothing. And then Monday or Tuesday he called us back saying that he wasn't feeling well. We understood that but we were disappointed that we didn't get a courtesy call. He then informed us that he had to hire a few guys but he would be out the following day. No one showed up no one gave us a courtesy call. So that following Saturday it had been 2 weeks and we were hoping by Saturday morning he at least showed up. No courtesy call. We heard nothing. He left us hanging high and dry. So we had to rush around try to hire someone how many places were already full for the year so now we had to pay extra after we found someone. I wouldn't even give this company one star! I 100% do not recommend this company. EVER!
