I ordered a weight lose product online and excepted to be charged $-- I was charged a total of $on my charge card -- called to inquire and was told that I had given my approval to join a subscription to product -- asked for a supervisor and was told none was available and cound not cancel without them --- Please help

Review: This is a resale, consignment shop. Back in May, when I was still living in Wisconsin, I dropped two dresses off there for her to sell for me. The contract clearly states that in order for me to know whether the dresses have sold or not, I need to call her and give her my pre-selected code and she would tell me whether it was sold or not. I was able to reach her one time by phone in August or September. She told me at that time that they had not sold yet. I moved to Arizona in October, but before moving, I stopped by the store to see whether either dress had sold or not. There was a note on the door about the death of a family member and that she would be in sometime the next week. Ever since then, I have not been able to get ahold of her by phone, and the shop is not open. I want to know if the dresses have sold, and if not, I want my sister to be able to pick them up. I wanted to resolve this with her, but I cannot get ahold of her.Desired Settlement: I either want my money if they have sold, or I want my sister to be able to pick them up for me if they haven't.

I just wanted to let the Revdex.com know that I received a phone call from [redacted] the owner today. She explained the situation, that her husband had died and she was dealing with that. I talked to her about my two dresses that I had left there for her to sell. She explained that one was still there, and she was looking for the other one. She gave me her personal cell phone number and I am satisfied with the outcome, even though it is ongoing. I don't know what the protocol is now, but I am satisfied and I would like to close or withdraw my complaint.

Review: I brought in about 8 items (dresses) to be sold on consignment about 2 years ago. I have checked back about 8 times over the past two years to check progress of the sale of the dresses as I would take them back if they didn't sell. Everytime I call the store, I am always put off and they ask for more time to gather the dresses for me to take back or they don't have time to accommodate me. . The last time I went into the store (about 4 months ago), the owner gave me back 6 items, some of them were not even mine. She cannot account for the other two items left at the store. I have tried calling 2-3 times per month lately, with no answer. I have gone to the store several times during posted OPEN hours and they are closed. The dollar value of the dresses is not even an issue anymore, but I am just furious with the service. She should not be in business or continue taking other people's items if not running her business appropriately.Desired Settlement: I would like a call from the store owner and have her mail me a check for final payment of said dresses not returned to me. I will not run back to the store several times to fine them closed.
