Review: On Oct 30th 2013 Me my Son and my Parents Seniors over 70yrs old applied for apartment at Lake Hills with a apartment Manager named [redacted]. Paid him $25 for each of us. I told [redacted] to provide us copy of credit reports if denied? He said he would. They Denied are applications. I called him and text him numerous times in since Nov 1st and Dec 2013 he said they will be mailed out?. I received mine But not my Sons or parents report. Called and text Him again got no response? I Finally found a number for RAH Properties also known as Rohenco Inc. Some Guy answered phone "[redacted]" and was extremely rude to me when I inquired about the copies of My Parents and Sons credit report. I tried to explain to him I already paid and was told by [redacted] his property manager who told me I would receive them by mail. The person on phone who did not want to give me his name I obtained by calling after hours from his VM This "[redacted]" kept talking over me! Told me he only holds information for a month and I would have to pay for credit reports again? Bottom line these guys take your money for credit rental applications then deny your applications and do not respond professionally or just totally disregard your existence after they obtain monies! This could be on going practice with this company? Who's to say that they may be using information for identity theft? I wont know till I apply for new credit reports for my parents and Son.Desired Settlement: I would like for This Companies to return my credit applications fees if possible?

In October 2013, Mr. [redacted], along with 3 other individuals over the age of 18 years, applied for an apartment to rent at Lake Hills Apartments which is managed by ROHENCO, INC. I am the Controller for ROHENCO, INC. and handle processing of all rental applications of prospective tenant(s). After the on-site manager accepted the payment for the applications ($25.00-non refundable fee for each person 18 years and older) and delivered the applications to me, I processed them through our third party on-line resident screening company. After processing, all four applicants were denied due not meeting the rental standards we look for in any/all applicant(s). At no time, from the time Mr. [redacted] applied (along with other 2 applicants) until all were denied were we given any written request for a copy any particular credit reports. In mid/late December I was given a request by the on-site manager that Mr. [redacted] is formally requesting a copy of his credit report. Since we only have access to credit reports that we process for a limited time, I checked to see if his particular report was still available, which it was. I then mailed him out a copy of the report, which he acknowledges he received. Some time later in early/mid January 2014, approximately, I was called by Mr. [redacted] directly asking verbally for the other 3 credit reports. I told him that if the system we use still has them on file, I will need the other three applicants to formally request their copies personally and then I could mail them out. Unfortunately, neither occurred. The system did not have the credit checks and I never received any formal request from the other applicants. Mr. [redacted] appreciated that I mailed the one copy, but wanted the other three. When I told him the situation, he understood that the other applicants must request as I cannot send out personal information to someone else. When told the reports were not in the system, that is when he became irate and started yelling that he wants his money back and that he has been communicating with our on site manager on a daily basis, since the date of application, demanding all the credit reports, which is totally untrue. I specifically asked him to clarify that he actually was in contact daily with our onsite manager and he said yes. When I asked the manager, he stated that was totally false.
