I was very lucky that the first company I called was Raider Wildlife Control when I realized what the noises in my attic were!
You could not possibly ask for a more professional, responsive, caring company.
Chris and I spoke many times while setting up for them to come in and his professionalism, courtesy and concern for both myself and the little freeloaders in my attic were incredible. Trevor was a fantastic representative of the company. Again, professional, courteous and a super nice guy.
You can tell by talking to them all that they're not just there to make money, they also care about their customer and the animals themselves.
Above and beyond the job should be their logo. They live up to it.

I had a noise in my chimney and it was quite alarming to my dogs. The flue was closed but still I was concerned as we had a raccoon attack one of our other dogs last year. After a few calls to other companies who were unable to help, Raider came out that night and freed 2 squirrels trapped and a dead one. They also fixed the problem so no more critters can get in our chimney!

We have struggled with mice in our home for many years and we have used typical bandaid solutions such as traps, bait, sticky strips and plug-in frequency deterrents. Every winter there is evidence that the problem continues. This year our problem grew. The mice and poop seemed bigger and we feared it could be a rat problem. Rats are increasingly becoming a problem in the city. With this fear I contacted Raider Wildlife when I googled solutions for our problem. I also called another company from my google search. My call to Raider Wildlife was answered immediately while I waited several weeks to hear back from the competitor. The competitor gave me a quote without coming to the house and only went by my description on the phone. Raider listened to my concerns and made an appointment to come and check the house. While Raider Wildlife was visiting the critter appeared and was indeed confirmed to be a rat. We were offered several options of dealing with the problem and we selected the permanent solution. I am thankful we chose the permanent option since I discovered the entry points as I followed Blake, of Raider Wildlife, around the exterior of the house when he was measuring and checking for entry points. It was clear that large openings needed to be closed. Once we decided on the option that was right for us our journey with Raider Wildlife began and I can't say enough about the kind, courteous, knowledgeable service we have received by the three employees who worked with us. All of our questions and concerns were answered and our problem has been resolved. Raider Wildlife kept in touch during the entire process and has continued to do so. *** have no regrets whatsoever with choosing this professional and highly qualified company.
