Personal Safety compromised living at Railridge Apartments ***
Drug dealing and subsequent threat by brand new tenant across hall (apt ***) after complaining about high traffic in and out of apartment. Manager of Railridge Apartments notified numerous times about the traffic. I requested for my safety, moving to another Aldi Property Ridgecrest Apartments on *** and I would stomach the moving expenses but be in a better, safer location but I was refused. This is unreasonable as it would cost owner/company nothing and all the work and expense is mine. I demand a refund of deposit because I am moving out.
April 9,2020 RE: Revdex.com Customer Complaint #*** Railridge Apartments*** To whom it may concern, This letter is in response to ***’s Revdex.com complaint on 04/02/2020. We agree to let you out of your lease early without charging the $539.75 reletting fee per your lease given that you provide us with a 30 day notice to vacate, as the notice of intent to relocate that was given on 04/03/2020 does not state what date you will be moving. We can use it, but will need a date that you will be vacating the unit.In regards to your complaint of another unit having too much traffic and possibly selling drugs this was reported to FWPD, our onsite FWPD courtesy officer and addressed with the resident. In regards to your accusations that another resident threatened you at no time did you report that incident to Management, please provide us with a police report number so we can address that situation properly.Per paragraphs 40 and 41 of your TAA lease contract, we will mail you your security-deposit refund less lawful reductions and an itemized accounting of any deductions, no later than 30 days after surrender or abandonment.
