This complex is unsafe, unlivable, falling apart, and ***
since we have moved in in Dec we've had problems with this complexwe didn't have hot water for an entire month, we had to stay at hotels just to receive a bathwe were reimbursed but upon moving in everything was supposed to be up and running and in moving conditionwe were supposed to be in about or different units before this one but they always had a problem and we couldn't movewe weren't able to see the apartment until after signing the leasewhen we walked in we knew it was going to be badthe smell was so bad we had to light candles for at least 2-weeks to make it go awaysupposedly the cleaning lady was cleaning everything, tub was dirty, fridge dirty, floor not mopped, carpet had rusty nails in it which we walked on and were stabbed in the foot twicethere was an entire cabinet missing off the wallthen we started having problems with the air soon after, took days for the maintenance to assist
We moved in January 26th 2018, have had AC issues on and off for months and the last month and a week we have been residents at this apartment complex, we have had NO AIRIt has been and has gotten up to during the day every day for over a month nowThey say they have sent matinence to come fix it and they have come once, the guy that came told my girlfriend that our air was about to go out and that he could put freon in it but it would not solve the problem if the air unit went out completelyWe bought an AC unit to put in our bedroom to keep it cool and the manager Dylan told me that I could bring a receipt and get some money taken off of rent for the weeks we did not receive air and that was the first week it was outHe no longer works for Suffolk and we are now being told we will not get any money taken off the rentOn the lease we signed it says AC will be provided in the rent we pay monthlyWe are trying to get out of a contract and move to another complex and we do
