We first heard from you on July 23, 2016. In your original email you
expressed the trouble that you had with different pieces of your drip
irrigation system. We manufacture many drip irrigation pieces that are
available in different sizes. A return email was sent to you by one of
our Technical Service Advisors on July 26, requesting more specific information regarding the parts you are working
with At that time, he
also asked for your address so that
replacement parts can be sent.
On November 20, we received another email from you asking for a contact
phone number On November 21, a response was sent providing you with
the phone number and extension for two of our Technical Service Advisors.
We did not receive follow-ups to either of the emails that were sent
Ms***, again, please accept our
sincerest apologies. We hope that we can work with you to find an
effective resolution for this issue. If
you are in agreement, I would like to have one of my Technical Service Advisors
give you a call to work through this issue with you at your earliest
convenience. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: I do not want replacement parts because I have already tried replacing the poor quality original parts and the replacements have simply failed againWhy would a company offer replacements of parts that fail? Another failure will not solve the problemAlso, I did already provide a list of the products that failedSee below for my email to Raindrip customer service and the response

have used your products for out drip irrigation for the last few years
We have had nothing but trouble with multiple components of our system
These have included
connectors, t's and shut off valvesThey have leaked and failed right
off the shelf of our local hardware storeWe have returned multiple
pieces to that store and the majority of the new ones leak right when we
get them attached into our systemThese simple
pieces of plastic are not cheap to buy but appear to be cheaply made
We are tired of having to go back to the store repeatedly only to get
more bad, leaky partsI chose to contact you directly to see if you can
resolve this issueIf not, I will see what
