Rain Florist

Review: On April **, 2015, I placed an order with the business "Ava's Rainflorist". The order was an assortment of flowers for my daughter's wedding. When I placed the order I was told by [redacted] the [redacted] and [redacted] that the business only deals in cash. However, on the business card for "Ava's Rainflorist" it states all major credit cards accepted. On April **, 2015 I made my final payment for the flowers with an employee of "Ava's Rainflorist" and witnessed another customer paying with a credit card for a $10 order, my order a grand total of $405. On the day of my daughter's wedding May *, 2015 I picked up the order from "Ava's Rainflorist". Upon arriving at "Ava's Rainflorist" I noticed that the groom's arrangement was not the correct color and had to be fixed. As I was in a rush to get to the wedding I failed to examine the rest of the order due to time constraints. It was not until after the 4 hour drive to [redacted] where the wedding was taking place that the rest of the order was examined. Upon examination of the flowers it was clear that the order was also incomplete. A bouquet for one the bridesmaids was missing. On May *, 2015 after returning from [redacted] I visited "Ava's Rainflorist" to inquire about a refund for the missing bouquet with [redacted]. [redacted] refused to give me a refund and claimed that I must have lost the bouquet. He offered to give me a small arrangement to replace the missing bouquet. I accepted the offer out of frustration after being denied my refund. The arrangement I did get was poorly put together and in no way matched the value of the missing bouquet. Nor did it repair the damage to the experience of my daughter's wedding.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for $55 in cash from "Ava's Rainflorist" for the missing bouquet. While I did accept a small replacement arrangement it did not match the value of the missing bouquet. Moreover, I believe the full $55 would suffice as damages suffered at cost of my daughter's wedding.
