I used Rato install new gutters on the back of our house last year and they did a great jobHad a water leakage problem near one of the gutters (not related to their work) and they came out in the pouring rain on Dec23rd and spent an hour doing all they could to fix our problemStill raining but no more leakThanks *** & ***! Highly recommend this company for any exterior work you need

Rain-Go is a no-brainier choice to handle your home's exterior in a professional and quality-driven manner.
In 2011 we had problems with our original gutters. The previous owners had let them clog and it caused facia rot. RainGo removed the old gutters, repaired the wood rot, and installed new gutters with oversized downspouts and leaf guards ("helmets"). Since that time we've saved about $150 a year because we no longer had to do 2x a year gutter cleanings.
In December 2015, we noticed a water stain indicating a slow leaking problem with our roof. RainGo send their crew over the next day to assess the issue - an improperly flashed transition. Our roof was a basic 3-tab shingle, about 22 years old. They wrote up two estimates: one to just repair the roof; another to replace the whole roof. The owner ([redacted]) said that on his house he wouldn't mess around with a repair - likely followed by a replacement in 2-3 years time. I agreed, but RainGo was backed up into January. So, about a week later the crew came back to weather us in (tarp, etc).
[redacted] was very helpful in deciding which shingles to install while we waited for the crew to complete other jobs, providing expert advice and color samples. He explained the benefits of architectural algae-resistant shingles and which brands he would trust on his house. This is the reason I like working with [redacted]. He's aware that folks aren't made of money, but he also doesn't want you to do something he wouldn't think is safe or wise. Basically, [redacted] and his crews treat your house like it's as important as their own houses.
Work started on our roof on 2/10/16 and was completed on 2/17/16 (during that time there was an ice storm one day and a rain storm another day). The crew moved deck furniture and things out of the way. They detached the gutter helmets and then tore off the old roof and paper and inspected the OSB. Roof replacement included proper flashing of chimney, vents, and transitions. They use high quality underlayment (Titanium UDL) and reinstalled their gutter helmets when they were done. The crew made sure to clean up the driveway each day to reduce the risk of driving on some nails. The crew was available to answer any questions I had during the project.
After the job was completed, they made multiple sweeps of the house and driveway looking for nails and debris, moved furniture back, and cleaned up the area. [redacted] personally answered final questions I had and emphasized that he didn't want me to pay a dime until I was happy with the job. Now you wouldn't know from the roof that our house isn't brand new!
Our house should be good on exterior replacements for some time now. Without a doubt, the next time we need any exterior work done I'll be calling RainGo.
