I am from Michigan and was traveling to Florida this December when I had brake trouble with my RV, Stopped at a gas station and was referred to Bluegrass RVIt was on a Sunday and they were closed, however the owner [redacted] was in the buildingAfter listening to my problem he unlocked the gate and took in my RVHe told me no one was available to work on it that day but he would give me priority service and would start on it when his crew showed up MondayThey did and I was on my way in a few hoursThanks to [redacted] and his crew

Initially, my salesman was greatKept in contact but not too much
After I received financing, and the deal was made, I felt like that was where their customer service endedI arrived to pick up my trailer, and the mechanic came to put trailer brakes on my vehicle and get it all hitched up
After he was done he came out and told me it was all readyI asked if the distribution hitch was on and he looked puzzledI told him that's what we had agreed on as part of my deal along with the automatic hitch This had not been communicated to himSo he had to go and fix it
When all was done, and papers signed, I walked back to see my trailer, they said I could go ahead and take itI asked who was doing my walk through? One of the mechanics said he would do it, but it was like no one had planned on itThe salesman knew this was my first time pulling a big trailerI was getting tired of having to ask about everything but I'm glad I did, or they would have let me drive away without my optional equipment and walk-thoughThe other thing was they did not have both levers to the gray and black tanks closed, so I discovered this when I went to my first hookup and water flew all over me when I took the cap offLuckily I had nothing in the black tank
I don't feel like they even checked the trailer out before giving it to meBoth locks on the doors do not work properly, and we're supposed to be fixed by the time I picked it up, when it wasn't fixed , I was told they were going to send me the new door locks in the mailI have not received them yetI also sent a picture of gouges out of the wood above the microwave which I did not see until after I left the dealershipI was told that it wasn't a big deal as the wood was only a 5$ piece of woodNot the appropriate response in my opinion
My biggest problem was that I feel like the sale was the most important thing to themThey did not show any concern for my safety or ask if I felt safe driving the rig in high winds, as that day it was extremely windyI felt pushed aside, and no longer important
I have not heard a word from them since to see how things are or to see if my issues were taking care of
Not happy with their over all customer service at all and I would never send anyone to them to buy an RV
