Rain Tunnel Car Spa - Uptown

The car wash wants me to pay for half of the part (bracket) and they want to install. They are not ford service and I do not want to leave my truck there unsupervised while they work on it. I want it fixed correctly and professionally and they can take me and pick me up from work. They didn't even offer me a free car wash. Tacky! Slackers on customer service and being fair when they know they broke it.

If I could give this business a negative number as a rating I would. A ZERO is Too high for the service I got on my Kia Sedona. Paid for a little pricier wash thinking it would make a difference. I kinda cleaned it up at home before I took it. Gathered the change in counsel, ash tray and passenger side door handle. Put it all on the drivers side door since I'm the one that uses it. It was $8.72. Left a tip inside when I paid for the wash not having seen the finished work. Got out to my car and checked the very back wanting to make sure that it had been vacuumed. Sort of is a word that I would use. In fact sort of is the word the worker used. The guy that was drying my car and doing the windows asked if I wanted to run it through another vacuum cycle? I was trying not to be such a bhy customer so I said no that was OK. Then I decided to stop on my way home and get a soda. Reached for the change that I put in the driver side door handle. Gone. All of it. Went home and called the manager. It took him a very long time to get to to the phone. When he finally did I was assured they would look at the cameras and call back. Asked if I wanted to come back? For what? Did they forget to take something?! Sorry. I think I'm due a refund of my $18 car wash plus extra for the theft.

Bait and switch. Advertise full service clean including floor mats for $9.99 then charge 1.75 per mat extra once in line. Then you can't vacate line easily ad people are in front behind you. They should remove big overhead sign that doesn't reflect true pricing.
