customer did have a legitimate concern with the hood of the vehicle. We did cause damage to the vehicle, and this was resolved by adjusting the hood and repairing the damage at no charge to the customer. As far as the air conditioner concern the compressor was not removed during the radiator repair and in fact had two problems with it. There was a leak and a electrical short. The leak was seen and the customer was invited to come view but declined. Back to chev dealer. They stated A/C comp had shorted out. Ok,d replacement. Then they found hole in A/c line. Ok,d replacement. Had no choice if wanted a warranty. The can is 10 years old never had a problem with A/c. or anything. I paid for new parts. Wanted parts back for proof of being bad. All of a sudden the used parts were not available. Dealer said A/c was 1 once low on Freon. Holds approx. 1 pound. If it had a leak ,it wouldn't leak just one ounce and stop leaking.
