Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: The project was never completed and we did not sign off on the project.The outside unit was placed before the final dirt work was done and MrRainbolt stated that he would be back to place it on a level surface and charge the unitWe tried to contact MrRainbolt on his 24HR emergency number that is advertised on his web page on the 26th day of May for the first time and continued to call him till the 31st day of May We had seen on a social network that MrRainbolt had fixed a costomers ac unit on the 30th of May On the 31st day of May I had went to Mr Rainbolts office to see him @ a.mHe was not in his office yet so I had left one of my business cards for him to contact meWhen I called MrRainbolt off of my office phone, he answered and I stated who I was and was hung up onMrRainbolt would only contact my wife through a text to state that he would not be serviceing us any longerMrRainbolt stated that he was blocking our phone numbers and if we tried to talk to him at his office he would have us removed by the law He forced us to hire an outside contracter to get our ac runningThe other contrator stated to us that MrRainbolt did not register our unit for the warrenty There was no threats made by us to MrRainboltWe just stated the faxs of the sitution and that we where very upset with two babies in a very hot houseWe are willing to pay for the services that he had bid on and stated that he would come to finishWe even over paid from what the original bid price wasThe work that needed to be done was work that MrRainbolt said he would come back to finishMrRainbolt refuses to stand behind the products that he sales and the services that he provides Sincerely, Zach Geisendorfor

We tried to contact Mr. Rainbolt on his 24HR emergency number that is advertised on his web page on the 26th day of May 2016 for the first time and continued to call him till the 31st day of May 2016. On the 31st day of May 2016 I had went to Mr Rainbolts office to see him @ 8 a.m. He was not in his office yet so I had left one of my business cards for him to contact me. When I called Mr. Rainbolt off of my office phone, he answered and I stated who I was and was hung up on. Mr. Rainbolt would only contact my wife through a text to state that he would not be serviceing us any longer. Mr. Rainbolt stated that he was blocking our phone numbers and if we tried to talk to him at his office he would have us removed by the law.
