To Whom it may concern:1: We ask that [redacted] to Please provide evidence that your hired Target Painting and Contracting to "Glaze her windows", At no point such contract was signed between both parties, [redacted] knows that from the beginning, and threatened to stop payment if such work wasnt completedAll the glazing done was using [redacted] which comes in a tube, just like other caulking products, we have explained this to Mrs [redacted] in different occasions and she seems to frequently forgetAlso She has NOT PAID for such service and as soon as progress payment was due, she apparently changed her mind and told us not to come back.Her house was power washed at two different occasions as we waited from last year until she had the funds available to start the job.Also She has never paid us for the additional power washing of her deck in which wasn't contracted either.We need to received our progress payment, payment for glazing her windows and washing her deck in which were all unpaid for.Mrs [redacted] is well know in the local contractor field for firing contractors before last payment is due.We would like to receive payment for our work completed.As far as insurance goes, she was provided with a binder when she signed a contract back in NovWe will not be providing an additional binder as customer has broken contract and failed all financial responsibilities with our company

We will gladly refund any money paid towards window glazing, if customer peovides a writen statement that the *** Building inspector wrote that the product we use was not glazing, ( as she mentioned before)We will be proceeding legaly to collect owed funds, including for the window glazing which was necer paid for

Target Painting is wrong in their statements I have had the *** Building Inspector at ** *** ** to review glazing, confirmed it was not glazing...it was caulking My house was not properly power washed once, no cleaning agent...never mind the statement of twice.I am herein requesting my full deposit be returned to me This is the only resolution .***,has not only lied in his statement but has attempted to slander me.under the advice of the Attorney Generals office I got the proper persons to review work done I will start the legal process if I am not refunded all my money.several state departments,*** *** *** *** office have asked me to file a complaint with each office
