Imagine making a sick appt for your child. Told to be there at 11 am. You show up and check in and wait. A few minutes before 12pm, you and your child are the only ones left in the waiting room and you get called to the front desk. You are told to come back between 1 and 3 pm because the staff has to go eat lunch. EXCUSE ME! I have a sick child who needs to see a doctor today, and you have to go eat first?! I was there, on time, for my appt. Had to wait the hour for them to eat their lunch and I did not leave the clinic until 2:47pm.
I have had it with this clinic. I have been going here for years, not by choice but because of military ins, and 95% of the time, I've been given poor service. Their wait times are ridiculous, they don't answer the phones, and trying to make an appt through their portal is pointless, because they don't. The nurses rush you when answering questions making me feel like, why did you even ask if you're just going to interrupt me in answering you. Doctors are nice and make the visit feel better. However, waiting for the doctor, having to deal with the staff's attitudes, and ignoring you, this clinic is the worst. They don't care about your kids. They are there for the check. As a parent we have to go there for care for our children, and this is how we are treated. It's not right, unfair, and disrespectful. To tell my child you have to sit and wait an hour while we eat is the most disgusting behavior I've ever heard from a clinic. Parents, please pick a different clinic to take your children to and read all these other reviews. Don't take the risk and bring your kids here.
