In response to Jadin's complaint I submit the followingJadin was made aware of the blouse missing from his order when he came to pick up his orderMy Customer Service Mgrattempted to explain our process that we use to locate missing items and Jadin was very impatient, made unreasonable demands and threatsWe proceeded to follow our process which resulted in many phone calls and labor hoursThe blouse was eventually found approximately days later when we started to experience mechanical problems with our dry cleaning machineAfter partial disassembly, the blouse was found in the recirculation system that decontaminates the cleaning solutionThis is a very rare mechanical failure and has been corrected by maintenance.We hope to retain [redacted] s business but we also hope that he understands that we do the best we can to provide quality service for our customers and we make things right when things go wrong.Please note that settlement was approved 1-10-after receiving receipt for replacement item on 1-06-Thank you,Rainbow Cleaners

After partial disassembly, the blouse was found in the recirculation system that decontaminates the cleaning solution. I recently rendered dry cleaning services from Rainbow Cleaners, and after picking up my clothes, I realized a belt was missing from a dress I had cleaned. When I went to inquire about the missing article of clothing, I was met with accusations, extreme lack of helpfulness and a general disregard for customer service. The employees even went as far as to tell me I was lying about the belt being included on the dress when it was dropped off for cleaning. I was utterly appalled by the experience! Even today, a week after the incident, there is no resolution. I have been promised follow up from the staff, yet I am the one chasing down information and a resolution. I am now being told the owner, Dean Kontanis, is "going to review surveillance footage to confirm if the belt was in fact dropped off for service. I have been in customer service for nearly 15 years, and I wouldn't dream of treating anyone in the manner in which I have been treated by this company. Shame on this organization, and it's so called business practices. I will never use this company again, and I have told the people who referred me to Rainbow Cleaners to do the same. Not only have they lost one client, they have now lost several due to the complete lack of professionalism!
