The jerseys I bought were well made and in a timely mannerGreat products and a wide variety of colours and styles

I dropped off my blouse at this locationI paid ahead of time and I picked up my blouse a week later a week later as the employee *** had instructed me to do soWhen I picked up my shirt, she showed me the discoloring of the material and indicated that she would not be able to refund my money unless I left my shirt at their business location and brought a receipt with the cost of the shirtAfter bringing a receipt a day later, *** informed me that the owner would not be in for another dayI returned the following day and she told me the owner "***" was in Mexico and was not taking calls for another weekI have not received a refund for a $blouse which I brought proof of purchase and I have been given the run around about the owners contact information

We had a retractable front screen door installed by Mr. C[redacted] of DC Solutions many years ago and have been very satisfied. We had three steps up to a small stoop and a swing out screen door just wouldn't work as a person would have to step back down the stairs to open it fully. Years later we broke one of the sliding screen door handles. I contacted Mr. C[redacted] and he promptly mailed me a replacement plus a spare at no charge (We live in Payson and he in Prescott, Arizona). I would highly recommend this business and it's owner, as well as the product.

Review: I’d taken one of my suits to get dry-cleaned at Rainbow Cleaners. When I went to pick up his suit they could not find it. They took down my number and said they would try to look for it in the next few days and give me a call when they find it. After no call for 2 weeks I went down there again to see if they had perhaps found it. They still had no idea where the suit was and then began deflecting the blame onto me. They said I had already picked up the suit according to their records (obviously not true since the ticket was still in my possession) and that maybe I had simply forgotten or I had asked someone else to retrieve the suit for me. They showed me a notebook containing their pickup records and the name next to his ticket number was someone who shared my last name but it was not me nor my signature. When pointing this out they simply shrugged and continue to say I had already picked it up and this was proof. It’s bad enough to lose a suit but then to pass the blame onto your customer is unbelievably insulting. I am contemplating whether the issue is worth pursuing legal action.Desired Settlement: Rainbow Cleaners needs to do one of the following: 1) Find my suit. 2) Track down the individual who took my suit and get it back. 3) Compensate me for the value of my suit (I realize legal action is my responsibility, not the Revdex.coms)
