Review: I purchased 2 California Closets in July last year and they were installed in September. About 4 weeks ago the belt rack came off - on one side. It is now hanging vertically. There is a hole in the panel about the size of a quarter where the other side was attached. I called California closets and sent them pictures of the hole in the panel. They replied "the installation manager reviewed your photos and determined that it is not normal wear and tear on that belt rack. We can only move the belt rack to another location and put a patch on the hole."I had belts on a belt rack. What's "not normal" is the performance of the panel which must be defective and needs to be replaced.California Closets sent someone to look at the closet, he said he would write up a report and they would get back to me. I called several times to follow up and they promise to get back to me. No one has gotten back to me.Desired Settlement: Replacement of defective panel.
