Rainbow communities is impossible to get in touch withThey never answer the phone and when you finally get a response if you are not the homeowner they will not communicate with youI am renting a home through a management company and they will not speak with the management company eitherI have been fined an obscene amount of money for parking and no one will contact me or the management company with the breakdown of charges or a ledgerI was not made aware of the parking rules so when I received the first notice we refrained from parking on the grass or street until the company Rainbow used to monitor these infractions told us in person that their contract was ending with Rainbow and this would no longer be a rule and that we could start parking on the streetIt wasn't until I received notices in the mail in day that I was made aware this was still a ruleI was not given time from the second notice to the last notice to make any changes because they were all received in th
