Review: Roof work commenced July/August 2013. Work completed and paid for in the amount of $3,050.00. Rainbow gave us a 10-year guaranty on the work. The following winter roof started leaking again in the places that Rainbow had repaired. In February of 2015, we discovered more leaks and called Rainbow to come to the house and see the interior damage. Roger C[redacted], the proprietor of Rainbow, came to our house on February 10, 2015. He promised to "start over and do over all work that was done in 2013". We agreed that we would call him in April of 2015 to come out and start the remedial work. We actually did not call Roger until July 14, 2015. We have called him many many times since on his work phone and his cell phone, but he does not pick up the calls nor does he return our calls.Desired Settlement: We want a refund of $3,050, which is the amount we originally paid Rainbow.

We have gone back and forth about this customer. We can't seem to be able to resolve it to their satisfaction. In the end we have decided to attempt to resolve this situation by offering the return of $3050.00.
