Good Morning Ms [redacted] Dear [redacted] Thanks for taking few minutes of your time and talked with us about the letter that had been send on November 15thWe truly apologize for those issues that customer experienced in our locationWe already talked with [redacted] and they agreed to work with us and issue a refund in to business daysFrom our side we already issued a refund to [redacted] I am attaching the refund authorizationTo Follow up this complaint The case number assigned in [redacted] is [redacted] and the phone number is [redacted] *** For additional information, I am explaining how the reservation went throughSo we can understand how the refund will be issued and we will minimize any misconceptions and misunderstandingThe customer booked a hotel room using [redacted] website, the customer was charged through their payment systemWhen we have this type of complaint, we refund the partial payment collected from [redacted] [redacted] will be reimbursing the full amount collected from our mutual customer Thanks [redacted] ***GM Rainbow Inn

Revdex.com: Yes, Rainbow Inn (The motel) refunded [redacted] , [redacted] has NOT refunded the amount yetI have contacted [redacted] several timesThey indicated they refunded the amount on November 22, however, it did not go back to my [redacted] or credit cardI contacted [redacted] they said the amount would be rejected by the wrong card and then [redacted] could refund to the correct account, or directly to [redacted] (I paid via [redacted] ) [redacted] keeps telling me to contact [redacted] , and [redacted] keeps telling me to contact [redacted] .I accept the refund that Rainbow Inn has given, however my new issue is with [redacted] They indicated to contact Rainbow Inn for assistance I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted]

they agreed to work with us and issue a  refund in 7 to 10 business days. From our side we already issued a refund to [redacted]. I am attaching the refund authorization.
