Me and my Fiance visited the Square One location of Rainbow Jade August 13th The girl there was very nice but failed to tell us the return policyWhen I called up the store the girl told me it is exchange only, this is when I told her the girl who sold us the jewelry failed to mention that to us and that we were looking for a full refund and not an exchangeThe girl put me through to her manager GorettiShe was absolutely rude and uselessShe ended up hanging the phone up on me and did not call me backWhen I tried to ask who her boss was so I can air my complaint she would not give me his name or number and kept saying we had a sign up by the front cashThe girl who sold it to us knew our situation which was us looking for bridal jewelry which needed to be tried on with the wedding dress and she failed to mention this to usWe were looking for jewelry and not refund signsThis is poor business etiquette and the manager also was very poor in dealing with my problemShe wanted me to drive over an hour away so she could look at the necklace with no chance of a refundWe also took the necklace into an accredited jewelry store in our local mall and they even questioned the material that the necklace wasWe were told it was silver and they said it was not [redacted]

Will never do business with this companyThey have many locationsI dealt with Centerpoint location at Yonge and Steeles intersectionI bought a set of earrings, ring and a braceletI wore them only once on my birthday back in September The second time I wore earrings the lock on one of the earrings broke offToday I went to ask what's the policy on the repairs and they said there is year warranty on their product free of chargeI went home found the receipt and came backThe second earring that didn't break yet was loose and I asked the staff member Jaslyn to take it to repairs so the jeller can tighten the lock since it was under warranty anyway She said no if it's not broken we will not fix itI asked her nicely again that I do not wish to wait until the second earring will break I would like to get it tighter so it sits more securely when you wear itShe started yelling at me and told me that I am impossible to deal with and she will call securityI asked her not to raise her voice but she started to yell even louderSpeaking of customer service!!!!! Do the owners even know how their staff is giving customer service to consumer???? I was shocked to say the least by the behaviour of the staf! Never again will do business with Rainbow Jade!!! ð ¡

The girl put me through to her manager Goretti. She was absolutely rude and useless. She ended up hanging the phone up on me and did not call me back.
