Review: I purchased a vehicle from Rainbow Luxury Imports in Covington, LA in May 2012. Upon purchase, it was written into the paperwork the fabric on my A-Posts would be replaced due to discoloration and the fabric pulling away fromt he post. I have called and visited the dealership on multiple occassions to have this replaced, but always seem to get a "I'll call you to let you know a day and time to have it fixed" answer. Now, almost a year and half later, my posts are still not repaired. I called on 1/9/2013 and spoke to the sales manager. He stated it was MY responsibility to have this taken care of in a timely manner. Well, I tried buddy. He then proceeded to tell me he was not interested in fixing it due to the time that passed. So let me get this straight... You have the ability to say yes we will fix it and make good on our promise, but choose not to?? What kind of business do you run here? Certainly not the kind I nor anyone I can spread the word to will visit. I've also had multiple issues with the car, limited to but not including, sunroof leakage, fuel pump replacement, oil leaking onto my timing belt, all original spark plugs still being on the car, tempature gauge issues, and a faulty drive shaft. This is only the half of it. I tried returning the car within the first month but the sales representative told me there was nothing I could do. Now I'm stuck with a car that has literally been in the shop for a month, not to mention the numberous other times this car has to be put on a rack to figure out what is wrong, again. Worst customer experience I have ever had, and I work in customer service in retail myself.Desired Settlement: I want my car fixed

Review: I have requested a refund of my gap insurance which was purchased at the time of purchase in Nov. I have faxed them proof of refinancing my loan with Statefarm Insurance which allows free gap insurance if you finance your vehicle through them. Faxed all supporting docs per their request (Don) employee on 2/27/2016. He stated it will take up to 8 weeks for the return. They will not update me on my refund status, I have even requested the contact information for the gap insurance company. No success. Spoke with Don in April and on 5/12/2016 who made a mutual agreement to return my call same day no luck. Spoke with Don on 5/24/2016 who transferred me to Sally M[redacted] which placed me on hold then hung up after I stated my reason for calling. Called back several times no luck today.Desired Settlement: Please send refund to resolve matter or some kind of documentation verifying they have requested a refund.
