I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
If my daughter and I were treated with respect and honesty I would not have made a complaint here. As stated in the complaint, we were manipulated into signing blank receipts which were later filled out as being delivered and satisfied. The issue of my younger daughter standing near "[redacted]'s" truck waiting for him to give her the promised purifier and him punching it out of our drive seems to be of no consequence to this company. My older daughter called back as requested so that someone who identified themselves as a manager could, "bring it over personally". She did not receive a return call to set up the time. She came to my home during my demo in order to see what was going on. The rep did not know she would be at my house thus he only brought one in to demo. That is why he told us he would get it from his truck as he rushed out the door, again speeding out of our drive. Fortunately, my daughter was unharmed.
