I'm going to sue these people for harassment!! There was nothing wrong with the job

How can Mr*** say there was nothing wrong with the job when we have photos and witnesses to say otherwise! We have had to hire another contractor now to do the job all over again! WE WILL SUE MR*** IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT IF WE HAVE TO! We are not harassing, we are simply asking for a refund on a job that he promised to do well and did not! It's like paying for new tires and having them blow up minutes later, we paid for a new ceiling with his promise that when we painted it it would look great, well we painted it and it looks AWFUL! as you can see in the attached photos, they don't lie but apparantly Mr*** does! all we want is our hard earned money back for a job not done well at all as promised

 I am rejecting Mr. [redacted]’s response that I do not want to pay for a quality paint job. I have had several painters in to look at his “QUALITY PAINT JOB” and all have noted that the job is unfinished and  lacks any professional or quality elements. I have sent Mr. [redacted] around 100 photos of his quality painting in just one bedroom, showing areas that have no paint, unsanded patches, painted dust that was never cleaned, fingerprints in the paint, paint on the floors, white paint on surfaces where it should not be, mesh tape showing through the sheetrock installation, cracking and improper installation of sheetrock, etc. and this was only one bedroom. I have hundreds of more photos of the home including ruining my entire set of kitchen cabinets. I am attaching some of the photos and estimate for repairing the incompetent work that was completed and the work that was not completed. After looking at the photos, Mr. [redacted]’s assertion that the job is quality speaks for itself in terms of his professionalism and ability to provide a quality product.
