When I searched for a painting company in my area, I started with Revdex.com accredited businesses. I ultimately decided on Rainbow Painting based on their reputation with the Revdex.com and their competitive quote to paint four rooms in my house.
They came out and completely finished the job in two days. I highly recommend Rainbow Painting for their quality of work. They are real craftsmen. Imagine a company where the owner and his immediate family come out and do the work. It was obvious that they truly cared about the finished product. When they were done they moved all of the furniture back and vacuumed the carpet. It looked like a new house. You will be very satisfied with the quality of work done by Rainbow Painting!

Rainbow Painting came within days of my call for a free in home estimate! They were Very professional and informative. Right from the beginning I felt comfortable and confident that this job would be taken care of. Upon excepting the job, they were able to get me on the schedule quickly as I requested. They painted my entire interior ceilings & walls in two days. I can't tell you how happy I am with the job they did. My home is beautiful, it feels so fresh and new. Rainbow painting helped me painting the whole exterior house just before the coming of the last winter. I have hold writing this review before I wanted to observe how the painting works after winter.
I looked around my house a couple of times after the severe winter. The paint looks very smooth and nice. I am convinced that the company did a good job for me.
I had a good experience with the company. The company owner, [redacted] is a nice guy and the price that he offered is also reasonable. The workers that he hired did their work carefully.

We hired Rainbow to paint our living room, We called on a Sunday. They came to give an estimate on Monday. Our living room was painted today - 1 and 1/2 weeks after calling. They used two coats of paint from Sherwin Williams for the walls and ceiling. The paint finish is smooth - no blotches, splotches or runs. We also have crown molding. They took extra time to tidy up the crown molding as well as the base board molding. And after the painting was complete, they cleaned everything up. The room looks FANTASTIC! As a side note- the painters left their shoes outside so as not to drag in any outside dirt when giving the estimate as well as doing the job. They are a very professional team.

Rainbow Painters helped me with every step of painting our new house. I had purchase the home and only remembered a couple of odd colored walls that I wanted them to repaint. After closing on the house, I looked at the home again with the painters and realized that many of the walls would need repair. Rainbow painters helped me understand what would look good....for example, sand texture, wall paper removal, wall prep...covering holes and other damage, and helped me and my family to select colors that were tasteful and harmonious. Truly the home is a pleasure to be in,it is a restful environment and this is really due to the painting...because we did not do any other renovations in the house other than the carpet. Rainbow gave us a very reasonable price for the amount of work they did....and they even did extra work that for free like painting inside the closets, painting all ceilings, cleaning everything, and fixing some woodwork. After they were done, the house was in clean, fresh move in condition. Having Rainbow paint my house was the best start to our new home.

We had Rainbow Painting come out and paint the entire interior of our home, including closets, removing wallpaper and repairing some drywall damage. They completed their work in our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, kitchen, family room, living room, dining room in 3 days! They were amazing to work with. So thoughtful, courteous, considerate of our belongings, and extremely careful. I was amazed that "Mrs. Rainbow" cleaned each room after they were done painting, She even cleaned my bathroom mirrors and tub, vacuumed every room and wiped up floors. Our house looks like new. They made all of our previous painting "mistakes" disappear. You would never know there had been any uneven trim work in our house. I will never paint again. I will simply call Rainbow Painting. They are amazing.

We hired Rainbow Painting based on the great work they performed for my sister-in-law and excellent quote. We are in the process of selling our condo and needed some work done in the bathroom. They made some excellent suggestions and the work they performed was top notch! Not only did they made repairs to the drywall, but they retextured the whole bathroom to match the styling of the rest of the unit. Some previous painters from years passed had dripped some old paint on the trim which the Rainbow Painting team fixed up for us. I was referred to rainbow painting by a friend of mine who used their services in the past and was very satisfied. Although based in Wisconsin, Nick was kind enough to make the trip to Illinois without charging extra fees! I needed interior painting for a family room, kitchen, 2 hallways, staircase area, dining room, living room and foyer with 30 foot ceilings, along with baseboards for all those rooms. Nick came with his wife and a crew of three guys. They appeared promptly at 8 AM and completed everything by 4 PM. They worked diligently and meticulously. I'm amazed at the speed as well as finished product. They were very professional and friendly and they were respectful of our household. They made sure to cover everything in the area they were painting and put everything in order once they were done. They swept and even mopped afterwards! Our house was left just as it was before. The painting was beautiful. They made a lot of useful suggestions during a consultation and educated us on how colors can look different once expanded on the walls. They also helped us coordinate color choices for an, all around, cohesive look. They accentuated areas I did not even notice before, they covered some significant holes and wall damage, and removed wall paper. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am. I've had painting done in the past, specifically with [redacted], which was a nightmare. Beware of cheap prices, they actually do come with a cost eventually. Rainbow painting was reasonably priced and considering what they all did within such a quick time. and how beautiful our home looked afterwards, I am surprised they didn't charge more. I highly recommend their services. I will not do business with anyone other than Rainbow Painting from this point forward. Thank you guys for all your hard work! Wish more businesses took the same pride in their work like you did.

I had Rainbow Painting paint the exterior of my house last week. They were easy to work with and did a very professional job - all for a fair price. I was concerned because most of my windows needed to have the caulk/paint around the glass replaced or cleaned up. [redacted] and his crew not only did a very neat job caulking everything that needed it but also washed the windows and power washed the concrete patio which had some mildew on it. I liked that Rainbow is a family business - they did high quality painting with a polite, hard-working crew (that included the owner).

"Nick" from Rainbow Painters seemed to be having a bad attitude/day. He sounded harsh too quickly before I had a chance to explain that I would obtain the few pieces of wood for patch work. I stated that a couple of other quotes included prep'ing and simple installation of the replacement pieces; then painting could be performed on a 10x10' backyard shed.
He complained that I needed a Carpenter to install the pieces. I pointed to my knee brace & cane and told him I would have done the whole job myself, but I was injured. This job does Not need a high paid carpenter.

I have had Rainbow paint both the exterior and interior of my home. They are perfectionists and do not stop until the job is completeted the way [redacted] (the owner) is satisfied with.

Rainbow Painting came highly recommended to me by a muralist who has worked with many professional painters. Her opinion was that this business does high quality, very professional work with attention to detail that surpasses everyone else.

I hired rainbow painting to remove wallpaper and paint my kitchen and dining rooms and living room ceiling. Our home is 70 years old, so it was no surprise that wallpaper was hiding many problems that needed to be repaired before painting. They were extremely fast, and clean while removing the paper. The plasterer did a fabulous job repairing everything including the long seam down the center of our living room ceiling.

The owner and his wife gave great advice on paint colors. The subtle change in trim and ceiling whites made a huge difference in the look of the rooms - very tasteful and classy!

They did an excellent job protecting furniture, cabinetry, etc. while working. The finished result far exceeded my expectations...BEAUTIFUL!

I cannot say enough about this company and all its employees. Professional, trustworthy and courteous. I would hire them again and again and again. They painted both the outside and inside of my house and I'm sure their painting increased its value as I may be selling in the next year. (My neighbors and my realtor also agree.) They even went so far as removing and cleaning and painting my outside lights without asking or charging. After years of hiring various contractors that were unsatisfactory in so many ways, I only wish I had found a contractor like Rainbow Painting earlier.
