Unfortunately no messages were received from this client previously. After receiving a report from our staff at the salon, our General Manager did speak to her yesterday, 6/16, and explained we have been working tirelessly to repair this equipment, spending thousands of dollars and bringing in... technicians from out of state. Our GM also explained we had not received any messages regarding this situation except one that failed to leave a name or number. At this time 2 of the 4 units are working perfectly while the other 2 are not being used at all to avoid any customer service issues. It is strongly suggested to make an appointment to ensure the desired equipment is available.
